Ingredients

Vegetable Hummus Wrap

  • 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1/3 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olives halved
  • 2 TBSP Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pickle slices
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 Avocado sliced
  • 6 slices Parmesan cheese shaved from a wedge
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Cheese and Apple Slices

  • 1 oz Your choice of block cheese sliced (your choice of cheese)
  • 1 Apple sliced

Hot Chamomile Tea

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 Chamomile tea bags

Instructions

  • Spread hummus evenly inside each tortilla wrap.
  • Layer with carrots, cucumber, tomato, olives, sunflower seeds, pickle slices, avocado, arugula, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice if desired.
  • Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, add chamomile tea bags or loose chamomile tea, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain loose tea.
  • Serve the wraps with cheese slices, apple slices, and hot chamomile tea.
