Eggs
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 Whole wheat bagel or sourdough bagel, sliced and halved
- 1 TBSP Garlic herb cream cheese
Microgreens
- 2 cups Microgreens
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Fresh Berries
- 2 cups Mixed berries washed, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Cook turkey sausage until browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the whites are firm to desired doneness.
- Toast the bagel halves until golden. Spread evenly with garlic herb cream cheese.
- Place microgreens in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Serve the eggs with turkey sausage, ½ bagel, fresh berries, microgreens, and coffee.
