Ingredients

Coffee

  • Coffee

Turkey Sausage

  • 3 oz Turkey sausage links

Eggs

  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

  • 1 Whole wheat bagel or sourdough bagel, sliced and halved
  • 1 TBSP Garlic herb cream cheese

Microgreens

  • 2 cups Microgreens
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Fresh Berries

  • 2 cups Mixed berries washed, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Cook turkey sausage until browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the whites are firm to desired doneness.
  • Toast the bagel halves until golden. Spread evenly with garlic herb cream cheese.
  • Place microgreens in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the eggs with turkey sausage, ½ bagel, fresh berries, microgreens, and coffee.
