Ingredients
Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich on Whole Grain
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 2 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 2 TBSP Cranberry sauce
Carrots and Hummus
- 2 cups Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- ½ cup Hummus
Pickle
- 2 Pickle spears
Orange Sparkling Water
- 4 cups Sparkling water
- 1 Orange sliced
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as listed.
- Toast the sourdough bread slices, if desired, until golden and slightly crisp.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer with baby spinach, deli turkey breast, and brie cheese.
- Top with the remaining bread slice. Cut in half.
- Add orange slices to sparkling water.
- Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, pickle, and orange sparkling water.
