Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich, Carrots, Hummus, Pickle, Orange Sparkling Water

Ingredients

Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich on Whole Grain

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 2 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 2 TBSP Cranberry sauce

Carrots and Hummus

  • 2 cups Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • ½ cup Hummus

Pickle

  • 2 Pickle spears

Orange Sparkling Water

  • 4 cups Sparkling water
  • 1 Orange sliced
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as listed.
  • Toast the sourdough bread slices, if desired, until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with baby spinach, deli turkey breast, and brie cheese.
  • Top with the remaining bread slice. Cut in half.
  • Add orange slices to sparkling water.
  • Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, pickle, and orange sparkling water.
