
Turkey Provolone Cheese Wrap, Carrots, Hummus, Lemon Chia Sparkling

Ingredients
Turkey Wrap
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps burrito size
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Dried oregano
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 2 slices Provolone cheese
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1/2 Avocado sliced
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/3 cup Hummus
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface and spread mayonnaise evenly over the surface.
- Layer arugula and tomato onto the wraps. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Add deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and avocado.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to close the wraps.
- In a glass, combine sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well and allow the chia seeds to hydrate briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Serve the turkey wrap with carrots, hummus, and lemon chia sparkling water.
