Turkey Provolone Cheese Wrap, Carrots, Hummus, Lemon Chia Sparkling

Ingredients

Turkey Wrap

  • 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps burrito size
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado sliced

Carrots and Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/3 cup Hummus

Lemon Chia Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface and spread mayonnaise evenly over the surface.
  • Layer arugula and tomato onto the wraps. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Add deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and avocado.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly to close the wraps.
  • In a glass, combine sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well and allow the chia seeds to hydrate briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Serve the turkey wrap with carrots, hummus, and lemon chia sparkling water.
