Season the beef with chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Prep all ingredients per instructions above.
Make the Tacos: In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, saute the beef breaking it up into smaller pieces until nicely browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Guacamole: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Add diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined and smooth.
Heat the hard taco shells according to the package instructions.
Fill each hard shell taco with the cooked beef. Top with chopped fresh cilantro, diced onion, diced tomatoes, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Squeeze lime wedges over the tacos for extra flavor.
Make the Virgin Margaritas: In a pitcher, mix honey, cold water, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well. If desired, rim the glasses with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping into salt. Add ice cubes to each glass before pouring the margarita mixture.
Serve the tacos with chips, guacamole, and virgin margaritas. Enjoy!
