Divine Dish Cacoa Superfood Smoothie, Soft Boiled Eggs, Mint Tea

Ingredients

Mint Tea

  • 2 Mint tea bags or 2 tsp loose-leaf mint tea per bag
  • 2 cups Water

Soft Boiled Eggs

  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie

  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Dates pitted
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 tsp Goji berries optional, soaked in warm water and drained
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Boil water for the mint tea. Remove from heat and steep tea bags or loose-leaf tea for 3-5 minutes.
  • Cook the soft-boiled eggs: bring a saucepan of water to a gentle boil. Carefully lower in the eggs and cook for 6 minutes for jammy yolks. Transfer immediately to ice water for 1–2 minutes, then peel. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, and maca powder (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Adjust consistency with additional milk or ice if desired. Top with goji berries and bee pollen if using.
  • Serve the cacao superfood smoothie alongside eggs and mint tea.
