Prep all ingredients as instructed.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle oil over the chicken and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill on both sides to an internal temperature of 160F / 71C. Set aside. Slice before using.
Spread hummus evenly across each wrap. Layer with chicken, carrots, cucumber, tomato, olives, sunflower seeds, pickles, arugula, avocado, and parmesan cheese. Roll tightly and slice in half.
Bring water to a boil. Pour over chamomile tea bags. Allow to steep as directed.
Serve the wraps with cheese slices, apple slices and chamomile tea.
