Ingredients

Turkey Wraps

  • 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano

Sides

  • 2 oz Potato chips

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 16 oz Sparkling water
  • 2 slices Lemon

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as instructed.
  • Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the wrap.
  • Layer with arugula, Tomato slices, deli turkey, provolone cheese, drizzle with oil, red onion, pepperoncini, sliced avocado. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a secure wrap. Slice in half if desired.
  • Pour the sparkling water into a glass, add lemon slices, and serve chilled. Add ice if desired.
  • Serve the turkey wraps with potato chips and lemon sparkling water.
